a hot tanka with my tea! steaming. Must be chemistry when just a slight touch sets a heart n fire. Cool lunch ---sounds healthy except I'm not familiar with the tea. Actually I'm having coffee with your tanka and breakfast was a handful of almonds and a banana! have a great one
