Blinded by the outer world's glare We're driven by feral instinct Thoughts narrow, heart not quite love inked Fickle heart's caught in ego's snare Trapped amidst objects of desire Lasting joy, we never acquire Choosing to be still and aware Living a pure life internal We see that we're soul eternal When soul presence, with love does pair Beholding each pulse in surprise We witness bliss magnetism rise God's bliss then, the garment we wear We're transmuted as living light Rapture unbound by day and night Blinded by the outer world's glare Fickle heart's caught in ego's snare Choosing to be still and aware When soul presence, with love does pair God's bliss then, the garment we wear 07-December-2022 Constanza poetry form (invented by Connie Marcum Wong)

Your title, of course, drew my attention, but the content made me feel “at home.” I especially like your noting the light brought with rapture being unbounded by day or night! So true! Exquisite. Thank you for this remarkable poem. Easy to tell your heart and soul overflow with God’s love. This time needs your poetry. Hugs, sally

Thank you Sally! As for love enablement, it’s still work in progress even though the bliss current flows unabated just like the breath
