Parable 2: Lost Sheep
The Good Shepherd lost one of his sheep
and searched over the mountain so steep.
Then when it was found,
with friends gathered round,
they rejoiced with that sheep he could keep.
For one who went sinfully astray
the Good Shepherd went out of his way,
with gift of free grace
overcoming disgrace
the sinner was restored to the Way
Luke 15.3-7
