Over Thinking
Alone with my cogitation
Every contemplation
Comes with a different
Perception
Tongue may be dangerous
But the mind is toxic
Effects the body
Avantageously or meekly
One moment it's good
The next it's putrid
Producing a different
But vivid mood, inflicts
Mediating optimism
Or a defect of pessimism
Mindsets seems to affect
Lifestyle as well
Complimentary or defamatory
And the aftermath is gull
