Hi Carrie! This is a fictional write. I lost my dad to cancer in 1993, and was at his bedside when he passed. I am very blessed to still have my dear mom with me. We are very close, as we lost my younger brother when he was only 23, so she was left with just one child. We are more like sisters than mother and daughter. Thank you for the lovely comments! Hi Sara, no worries my dear friend. This is a fictional write. Dad is gone, but we were together to the last moment. My Mom and I were there when he passed. His last words were "I love you". A very precious memory. That was 1993. My mom is still alive and well. I am so blessed to have her in my life. Hugs, Kimberly xx
