Once Upon a Dream

Such wonderful arrogant dreams, Full of oneness and swollen with pride; But the vines of life entangled me. I lost my way in the jungle, Wandering in the mist of time; Then the sun fell upon my soul. And I remembered again lofty goals, I pushed aside the tangled vines; And let the dreams flow again. __________________________ October 10, 2013 Poetry/Verse/Once Upon A Dream Copyright Protected, ID 10-511-157-10 All Rights Reserved, 2013, Constance La France
