Once I had a pretty bird, Sang the sweetest sounds ever heard; But it flew away one day... Once there was the reddest rose, Beauty of the garden, I suppose; But its petals blew away one day... Once there was yellow butterfly, Whose dance was lovely. Oh, my! But on a breeze drifted away...away... Once there was a honey-bee, Searching for its honey tree; But from sight it got away...away... Once was God's remembrance, Which in all its golden radiance, Came to stay...came to stay.

Hello, Alkas. It's so true what you say. His eye is on the sparrow, and I know He watches me! Have a wonderful day, Evelyn
