Oh, Poet King

(inspired by someone saying "dazzle me!") Dazzle me, oh, poet king. Thrill my heart and soul! Let your verses to me sing; magnify your role. . . Magically enrapture me. Wizard that you are, float me with your poetry to the highest star! Reign with words sincere, Amour; never let us part. Ever be the troubadour ruler of my heart. (A 7/5 Trochee) ATTENTION: Karen I was tagged by Linda-Marie, so I tag you now, Karen O'Leary!! I sure hope you understand what this tagging thing is all about. All I know is you just tag someone with a poem about the writing of poetry!

Nice quatrain! Very romantic. I am not sure what "Doctors of the Dawn" means but the phrase had been rattling around in my head for some time so I decided to use it in a poem. Thanks for all your support Love Matthew

OK on this poem ..go to edit .. type in who tagged u .. me .. then just type in another poet u want to tag ..your choice.. thats all .. then u can come back to this poem and remove the footnote from the tag or just leave it .. I would remove it.. cause its a one time thing... or simply write a Haiku shorty about poetry and tagging it to someone .. that is the easiest way.. good luck... luv..

I love your Quatrain Andrea. Per th comment; I just meant your place was 11, and that is a lucky number, and you could use it like a playing card when you needed one. My funnies may be a little hard to understand, in different regions.Smile. At any rate, Sincere, Amour, Moses
