Not Caring If I Have a Turn
I listen, learning a new perspective
It might not have been mine
but it may be plausible
It might even entice me to another way of thinking
I am silent, whereas others are puffed up with opinion
Their attitude is scaring some, turning off others
I am silent, not waiting for a turn, not caring if I have one
Listening to other ideas, learning new things
Because I want to help this world be the best she can be
And I think this is the way to help her the most
