No Grace Needed
Jimmy Reid is the Sunday school teacher,
who suspended my young bloke last week,
for he reckoned he showed disrespect,
when it was his turn to speak.
It seemed old Jimmy had mentioned,
the reasons for why we say grace,
and so asked the kids before eating,
'Do they say grace at their place?'
Of course all the answers were yes,
but then old Jim yelled as he shook,
when my young bloke said he don't have to,
'cause his Mother's a bloody good cook.
