Nightfall Reflections

Nightfall settles in with a blanket of darkness A special time of reflection and calmness The end of a day with many hours well spent Now ready to rest quietly, feeling content Sun shined bright with whimsical breeze in air Sifting thoughts now settle to things with care The table waterfall in the room, trickles inside Relaxing it is, as I wind down from things tried It is a place of wonder and hope intertwined For treasures yet to uncover, that I may find In a life full of mystery, changes in each day Night falls upon me, a dream to find my way Heidi Sands 8/23/17 Placed joint 1st in the contest 545 Any form, any theme.
