My Soup

My soup may be hot or it may be cold, it is all up to you my writers and readers. My soup will be hot when I hear from you, I can read all your reviews. I learn how to be a better writer, then I can write some more to please you. Some like humorous, some like stories. My soup may be cold, when I do not hear from you. I wonder-I write, what did I do wrong. Yes I am obsessed with getting it right, many times my computer will not listen to what I write. Blame it on the computer, that is all I can do because my pen will not write. Date Written:3/17/2021

This is how I used to feel "when I do not hear from you. I wonder-I write," but now all of my writing seems to be to please me. I am no longer worried. Do you suppose it is because I am compelled to write? I cannot stop even if no one stops by?

Thank You, for writing. We need to encourage each other but we get busy and it can be hard to write back. Some days it is hard to write to soup members. Writers need to write. Keep writing. Many will read and not write a note on the poem. I love your cute/funny writes. You make me smile and that is a good thing. Have a blessed day/week writing away...................

- I have learned a lot about sweet and sour here at the soup ... the day there are no comments on my poem ... that day my ink will dry forever ... my mouse will die, Paula - Many are skilled .. but no one is perfect ... - Write from your heart, my friend ... Hi Paula, Good, take on the contest theme. Your soup is just fine. Some may not prefer ones soup, and that's ok too. There’s various bowls here; folk can find the soup that they prefer. Don't be too hard on yourself; many here like your soup. Best wishes in the contest. Have a great day:-) Alexis
