My Wailing wall poem comes from my own acknowledgment that in all of our differences; as family, as neighbors, as people of different nationalities, to consider this; whatever the situation that I am praying about, may be being prayed about just as fervently of them. God is all of our God.

MY WAILING WALL, OUR GOD My Country, their world, my state of affairs, theirs, Matters of our heart. My very own wailing wall, upon which I’ll never depart. Our rights, their rights, their fight, our plight, Whose the enemy? We are not just people here, we are family. Our Father, their God, He’s theirs, He’s ours, Who are we to judge? No weapon or knife, will help get through this life, the jungle and daily sludge. All I know, my cries He hears, upon my wailing wall. I have bathed it in tears, throughout all my years, though He is God of all.
