My heart’s in Pemberton

It’s morning time
Cicada’s sing their song
To wake the sleepy morning;
Those shadows seem so long
As the sun shines down with gentle warmth
The morning smiles at me
In this lovely town of Pemberton
The home of harmony

It’s like I’m flying
As the birds sing happily
And the velvet grass in front of me
So deep and green it be
As trees dance on the morning breeze
And the sun it dazzles me
I give my heart to Pemberton
Home of the Karri trees.

In Pemberton, the trees grow tall
And the heart grows sweet and mellow
As I sit among these karri trees
Oh, I’m a lucky fellow
To wake up here in Pemberton!!
There’s no where else for me
This be the place my heart will always be

This land of giant Karri trees
This place so wild and free!
I give my heart to Pemberton
Where all Gods mystery
Is there for every one to see
Among these mighty trees
I give my soul to Pemberton
It’s the grandest place to be.
