My Eyes Are Wide Open
I see the hatred in this world
My eyes are wide open
Prejudice running rapid
My eyes wide open
Hate crimes ruining minds
My eyes wide open
I can see my life
My eyes wide open
Political climate
Who wants it
The Congress and the House Representatives
Are not representing us
And yes my eyes are wide open
I close my eyes so I can't see
But yet I see what you don't see
Why! because my eyes are wide open
