My Dancing Mood
My heart is leaping with a pure, exciting, enthusiastic thought.
I am dancing and skipping, and doing all the thing that you’re not!
You released me from prison, and I am ever so glad!
That I am no longer under your rule. You were strict, mean and bad.
I had forgotten that my heart could be this happy with lights.
After you broke it I cried for a thousand and twenty two nights.
I see you up ahead, and the sneer makes me stop dancing and skipping.
Think you can ruin my mood and win me back? You are seriously tripping!
