Morning's Glow
Morning light sprays a glow across the sky
As wet sand from time rolls in with the tide
And shimmers as glass sea brushes apply
To cover the shadows from gulls that glide
Transit domain of scattered clouds drifts on
To leave wondrous realms of ambient light
This view of the sea I now look upon
Leaves a feeling of eternal delight
In the distance, two whales breach from below
With sounds of gulls plunging into the sea
The dawn lingers as winds begin to blow
And move thin clouds so the sun can break free
From an unshaken orb's endless supply
Morning light sprays a glow across the sky
