Once We Were Lovers
When I reviewed her face
I had not conscious who She was...
I noticed with amazement that:
Her enchanted birds
they didn't fly anymore ...
Her golden dreams,
borrowed from moss
They were...
Her challenging claws
no nails left ...
Its pinnacle wings,
heavy lead ...
Her smile triumphant,
wiped out...
We said nothing,
I said nothing, she nothing ...
We were simply ... strangers ...
We were not who we realized...!
