Memories of Thee
Even if under the earth shall
you go,
My heart will go with you!
Because I say so!
There is no Spring but you.
Nor warm, joyful sunny day
without you.
Life will continue, yes!
But I?
Not but a walking shadow.
Awaiting our eternal congress!
