A Day In the Life
Silence is long when total darkness comes
And bewilderment extinguishes sight
The depth of confusion similarly numbs
Worlds spin slowly when everything is night
Tomorrow seems distant, the day stretches out
Yesterdays close, time forever has cost
Silence is broken from a mind that shouts
As nothing is heard when clarity's lost
The sound of depressed loneliness will cry
From internal renderings of sadness
Shadows move closer with reasons to die
Cold forbidden emotional madness
Sorry is the sense that I wallow in
Today, hell and back is where I have been
