Me
You're alone at night except for the moon
Like a pair of eyes in the sky
Not the menacing kind of eyes
That laughs about who you are
Not the kind that watches all the odd things about you
And inwardly judges you about them
But the kind that watches all of you
And learns about who you really are
And sees the things you don't notice
Or won't admit about yourself
Put yourself in its shimmering slippers
And look at yourself through its soft admiring eyes
And find something about yourself
You never knew was there
