Many Military Memories

Many Military Memories Many military memories were made Into past, none of them will fade Lasting forever and one more day Even after they have passed away. Things had occurred year after year In their mighty military career Helicopter blades into air did swirl What happened would make your hair curl. Some were found on battlefield bleeding Others an entire platoon were leading While another was typing up an order We here at home were a supporter. Had heard some sailed out to sea In news and books have made history There was a beach full of soft sand Where they came ashore and would land. Graves are near Normandy and Flanders Field And now at church as I sadly kneeled Solemnly prayed for them each and everyone And thanked God for all that they had done.
