Quietus
Created by” Unseeking Seeker,” consisting of one quatrain (syllable count 8-6-8-6 with a rhyme of abab ), one tercet (syllable count 6-6-6 with a rhyme scheme of ccc ), and one refrain with a rhyme scheme of (dd), made from a line of words from line one, how many words is your choice. The refrain is the title.

Love’s an emotion, with its own reality and scope. It's the most potent feeling known, a mix of trust and hope. Pulse racing off the charts love enters hopeful hearts, and euphoria starts. Emile, your poem is so well-constructed. It reminds me a bit of the meditative ballad. I shall have to try this one. BTW, I'm almost finished with "Fragmented Feelings." You are such a prolific poet, I'm simply amazed!

Wonderfully articulated in the quietus form Emile. Love the line that love is a "Mix of trust and hope" - so much said in those five words. Blessings my friend!
