Life After Life

After each birth eventually comes the inevitable death in the physical realm. In between are blessings we want to last and hardships we seek to halt. H ere we are A nd here we remain L ooking for ways T o stop the progression of time Sentry spirits stand at the gate Smiling as we sail slowly toward the Source of serenity Singing seraphs stop suddenly Surgeon’s paddles start the heart a second time Sending souls back to the earthly sphere Entry for Deb’s “Aye, Aye, and a Mistress” contest ABC followed by Acrostic and Alliteration * Used the alternate Soup definition for ABC: “A poem that has 5 lines that create a mood, picture, or feeling. A very creative and beautiful write my friend. You have revealed some touching theory of life, 'Here we are, And here we remain, Looking for ways, To stop the progression of time'. A great entry for Deb's contest. My good wishes for this lovely write and for your good health as well. Please take your time and take some rest and there is no hurry for a comment back. I am sending you a soup mail by evening today. Love and best wishes always...Ravindra.....Carolyn Devonshire.

hey you, your supposed to be off the computer an resting, it's 2:30 Am and here I am telling you' You know that the Lord is with all of us and of course with us right now, so feel blessed, you have struck a chord again. Realize this, when we die it's just a sleep till the resurrection, a time of God's judgement, and in the final equation it's His will that really counts. So listen to the Doctor's Ok? Get well then help with poetry later. God bless you my friend.
