Lesser Gods
Lesser gods, dressed in mortal boxes,
have the power to build a utopia.
Their choices, have built a hell, instead.
Human error; ego-driven,
horse powered engines.
slaughter civilizations;
now the universe.
Lesser gods, don’t think; they just do.
Lesser gods,
grand creations, that they seen;
fail their source and themselves.
Consequence is an all too alien concept,
that they choose to ignore.
Godlike perfection is their delusion.
