Leon & Gayle - Fifty Years

Now we mark a big occasion The “Golden Wedding Anniversary“ Of George and Sally, or to you “Leon and Gayle” now here’s their tale ... Gayle was a city of Moffett girl, Leon a shy Allentown farm boy. Opposites attracted, And the result was just pure joy. They raised cat, dogs, horses, cows, Vegetables, flowers, bugs and all kinds of toys. they also managed very well To raise three girls and two boys. Chris was the first, Then Susie and Sandie followed suit. Next was Randy and Justin, All great kids to boot. Now, ol’ Leon and Gayle Are grandparents as well. There’s Amber, Jason and Jonathan and Blake and Lexi, we think their all swell. Step-grandparents to Maddi and Thomas then great-grandparents to Llana as well. They’re just outstanding people, So charming and down to earth. A Mom and Dad like those two? Can’t tell you what it’s worth. The fact is that we truly Just love them both to pieces. Growing up was truly fascinating, And always lots of fun. So to this most engaging man And his sweetheart of a wife. “Leon and Gayle”, “Sally and George”, “ Papa George and Grammie” To fifty years of bliss. It took half of a century For a day as fine as this!
