Learning Yourself Through Meditation

Learning yourself through meditation Turn down the lights, lower the shade, Turn down the phone, turn off the TV. Let eyelids be heavy, make no muscle tense, not one. Breathe in slowly, and deeply, and breathe out, twice as slowly. Just relax. Focus all that is you, the good and the bad, release it all. You can quit reading this now.

hahaha, you can quit reading this now. IF ONLY>>>> I can't meditate worth a damn! I tried hypnotherapy a while back to try and cure my ailments but I don't think my subconscience she was talking to was listening to her. I felt too much of my own conscientiousnes doing the listening and replying. Speaking for the part of myself which is the only part that can probably cure me. ugggg. Glad I stumbled on this little gem. I got lucky today finding a poem of yours to respond to!

Being a licensed hypnotherapist, I should have written this poem myself, but I did not and you did, and it is AMAZING! Well done. I am turning the lights off, right now. Thank you. I needed this!
