Learning Lessons

The wind whistles on the winding road Songs with words, I haven’t been told Learning lessons along my way I treasure with thankfulness today I am molded by many things from the past But, I can change reactions that will last Freeing me from such needless stress Wisdom doesn’t waver any less A colorful world swarms around me I watch with peace and curiosity My choices bring creative living Mirrored in mind, granted in giving I whistle with whispers, hoping for the best To set and shine with the sun in the west After rising this morning, I’m willing To salute the soft colors the trees are spilling Heidi Sands 10/14/20
