Learn How To Jam
Relax.
Be calm.
Place your palms,
Grab two handfuls of berries
In basins with raisins.
Open your mouth.
Close your eyes.
Inhale, smell it well
Then eat,
Enjoy your treat,
A messy feat.
Next your feet.
Step on your berries
And raisins in basins.
Wham, slam.
Tramp along.
Sing a song.
Now you know how to jam!
