Just Perceptions
"They are just perceptions. They don't have to be true for you. You can operate from outside of them, because you know the truth: You are separate from them - and If you no longer merge with false beliefs and old shadows, then old shadows and false beliefs can no longer merge with you, and when you are finally free, you will you see - they are just perceptions." {Said the mystic to the listener.}
