Just because He made me
Doesn't mean He laid me;
Down by the shore, where the serpents play;
Just because He made me;
Doesn't mean He laid me;
Down by the shore, where the serpents play;
Just because He made me;
Doesn't mean He saved me;
I must choose His will,
and His way;
Just because He's a just God;
Doesn't mean I don't have to follow;
Down by the shore, where the serpents play;
