Joy of Passion

In the seamless sky above the wasteland of my life Floating clumps of gloomy cloud hovered glossless In their shadow a desert developed within my being In the dune of my devout yearning God made an oasis. In its tranquil depth He drowned the dregs of despair Boundless euphoria flowed from Him in my depression The beguiling breeze made ripples of bliss within me Divine moonbeam mesmerized me with sensory shine. My ardent sky melted in cauldron of His azure enormity I saw my nascent dawn paint the panorama of passion As the hues of delight He spread in my fervent firmament where the wings of ecstasy took me on the timeless flight.
