Joy
The golden sun gleams for a while
in the nascent horizon of color pile.
It gifts me a new promising day
to walk another mile all the way.
In the seamless satin cerulean sky
cotton clouds float cheerfully high.
They allure me to fly like a bird free
in the firmament of eternal ecstasy.
The scented breeze of spring flows
on the blooming garden as it glows.
It entices me to be in joyful reverie
and to rise from the ruins of misery.
On the glossy beach of sapphire sea,
pearls on rolling waves beguile me.
I’ll walk there in lasting joy sublime,
until the end of my euphoric time.
That’s when I’ll float in divine space,
immersed in bliss with God’s grace.
