Excuse me while I do the Cha-Cha-Cha All by my lonesome. I wouldn't mind if The whole human race watches, or points At me laughing because my two left feet Know not what they're doing. Ha! My dancing is funny to me, too. My favorite song suddenly started Skipping beats in my head Over, and over, and over. It's as if a broken turntable Isn't moving the needle! Hell if I care; fun is fun regardless! I find myself groovin', my butt shakin', My happy feet tappin' Half of my ten fingers snappin' Don't ask, my friend, don't ask. I don't know why myself! Perhaps it's because My dancing fool of a soul Is being massaged by happiness? Date written: 09/08/2019
