Iris Love
Sometimes
when I look
upon a stately flower
As the warm summer air
brushes gently whispering
within song magic stokes
deeply cords
Iris pupils wink softly
a circular structure
In the art of symbolism
Aromatic creeping
into the senses
Satin finished silk
your petals speak
A starlight
heart shines
through space filled
Within early dawning light
Flowering plants a kiss
Crowning of a thousand memories
showing warm tenderness
underneath a goddess lays claim
When you ?
truly see me
Walked in these shoes
One rainbow stands before me
A nightingale sings opening song
over deep ocean currents
tides changing turns key
God in the silence
seeking answers
You sit here with me
