In Solitude and Reverie
In solitude and reverie
a quiet space is found
where memories
that live in time
are clear for us to see.
In solitude and reverie
the days float into dreams
passing by the windows
of our minds in colors
rare.
In solitude and reverie
the world’s a safer place
without the callous people’s
hands that operate to
debase.
In solitude and reverie
reflect on who you are,
daring to speak aloud and
ask bravely of the universe
your heart’s most bold desire.
