In a World of Poetry

In words I should know you ~ by your write understand you Emotions described by colors~ camouflaged by grief or sweet flowers By expression I should feel you~ a spiritual connection or somehow I've missed you~ What would be revealed blossoms like Spring or Summer~ or left to Fall into Winter's snow showers What is real is the melody you play~an orchestral symphony or even an Island reggae~ If there's discord something must be different~ am I in accord if only for an instant Poets of life ~ mirrors of today~ write yourself on paper ~ on the screen~ let it be displayed~ Future generations may one day read Man lives by the breath of Words~ in a World of Poetry
