I'M Inspired
I'm inspired by the bright morning sunshine
By the song of the birds in the trees
I'm inspired by the smiles on everyone's face
The cool fresh morning breeze
I'm inspired by the neighbour's friendly hello
As the world goes by in a whirl
I'm inspired by all the sweet friends I meet
From every part of the world
I'm inspired by the sunset with it's aura of gold
By the charm of a tender sweet heart
Inspired by the laughter of a newborn baby
And how they grow up to be smart
I'm inspired by a symphony written by Brahms
Or a lively little children's song
By the friendliness of our Golden Retriever
Or our kitten as she purrs along
But mostly I'm inspired by sweet life itself
With it's up, it's downs and it's spice
So no matter what lies just up ahead
I can say life's sure been a slice
