I Love Nature
Under ice-coated sky, bare trees brave
Cutting cold, to drink silver sunlight
For chance of tender spring leaves to save
Hope-April's birthright
Baby grass awakes thawing green night
Fragile blossoms of revival gave
Perfumed pastel petals, softly bright
A garden of pink and yellow waves
Visions to bloom beyond winter's sight
A picture of flower paths to pave
Hope-April's birthright
