I Can'T Go There
I Can’t Go There

My heart and my mind say I want you,
But I see a sign saying don’t go there, but
I want to run my fingers through your hair, and
Inhale your sweet aroma like I was breathing air.
Life is not fair; I want you, but I can’t go there.
Your soft lips; your beautiful brown eyes; I just
Want to go between your, no, no I shouldn’t say,
other than I can’t go there.
You belong to another; need I say more; that door
Has been shut, and I can’t go there
