His Faith In Me
I give up on the long poems
Because they bore me.
I don’t even like them when they are my own.
People say, “write stories”.
I do, I just write short ones.
That’s why I pretend they are poems.
My husband says I could write songs.
His faith in me is unbelievable.
Does he not know I cannot even clap on rhythm?
