Hide-A-Way

Hide-A-Way Let’s hide away from the known To a secret place yet to be shown Away from the daily grind and the fear That waits for the people here Let’s grab some clothes and a little food And some music to set the mood Get in the car and drive away To where the sun on the mountains lay Where the grass is virgin green And human life is yet unseen A place of solitude, a place of peace Where a new outlook on life is released Let’s camp under the stars And make wishes that are only ours Make love by the moonlight glare Live life like there wasn’t a care Stay awake all night long Listening to the wind sing it’s songs Laughing over stupid things Enjoying what only love can bring Let’s make a memory or even two That can last the whole year through This hide-a-way that nature owns Will for now on be our second home
