All Hallows' Eve Black Mass Incantation

Author's Background Notes: I composed this particular "Black Witches' All Hallows' Eve Black Mass Incantation" originally as part of my epic narrative poem on "Rosalia - The Evil Black Witch of the Harz," which I posted (in eight different sections) on PoetrySoup on September 20, 2014. In this instance, I wanted to submit this incantation as a separate standalone document for Halloween 2014. (I should note from my epic poem on "Rosalia," that in preparation for the ritual Black Mass at midnight, Rosalia recites the following prayer incantation which must be rendered latest at 6:00 pm on the eve of the Black Mass. This is a six-hour process that lasts until midnight when the actual Black Mass ceremony formally commences with the intent and goal of directly summoning Lucifer himself. This incantation is total fiction on my part. I wrote it, and therefore, I am the author of it.) Also, according to medieval legend these Black Mass ceremonies could be held by a witches' coven as they would deem them necessary. I should also point out, that in centuries past and now in a contemporaneous sense, this type of ceremony does have actual significance each year for witches and sorcerers in the celebration of the "Black Witches' Sabbath" which occurs two times a year: April 30th on the "Great Sabbath of Walpurgis Nacht" and on October 31st with "Halloween" (All Hallows' Eve). These are key events during which Coven disciples use the power of incantation and black magic to summon the "Goat of Mendes" by which Lucifer himself would then appear in a physical form as a goat or a ram. All Hallows' Eve Black Mass Incantation We Pray in The Name of Our Father Lucifer, Which wert in Heaven: Boil, Boil plague-ridden rats and toads in oil, With a pair of gleaming snake eyes too. Mix in fresh hen’s blood and a rabbit’s paw, With a touch of horse dung and a lizard’s tail too. Add six cups of Vitriol and a tablespoon of Goldwater. Stew, Stew this Stygian alchemic brew for ne’r six hours During Vespers for Our Midnight Black Mass on All Hallows’ Eve. Serve this unholy sustenance to Our Coven at midnight, As we pray in Great Lucifer’s name for his guidance In defeating Jehovah’s forces of good and light. We do this in the name of Great Lucifer—The Dark One. We seek Blackness, Darkness, Degradation, and Negation— As Our Coven has the power of His Power as granted By His Unholiness when the full moon’s shadow Crosses the face of the Earth. I could easily see this incantation being chanted by robed and hooded figures, encircling a bonfire on Halloween night! I really enjoyed this dark write, Gary. This is exactly the kind of poem that I like reading most. Very enchanting!

Wow, stepping into the dark side submerged in darkness gives chills Gary. I enjoy the lighter side of Halloween fun with the smaller kiddies who come to our door looking so cute in their little costumes. Spoken like a grandma with a 2 and half year old granddaughter...

Hello Connie . . . Thanks for your read here. I hope I didn't scare you!! I like all aspects too of Halloween, both light and dark, but I do understand your point with Halloween fun and the little kids. (We were both there too age-wise in the past.) I do enjoy exploring the dark themes, but they are only one aspect of my writing. I read a lot of Cherl Dunn's Dark works too. Cheers, Gary

But I still believe that the power of goodness and light and the Lord Almighty in the end will still triumph. It helps though to get view of the Dark World too for perspective. Best!!! Gary

Liam, Thank you so much as always my very good friend!! It is a very dark piece for All Hallows' Eve. Personally, I much prefer Angels, Light, Goodness, and Heaven--but like you, I'm writer and I need to explore those venues sometimes that are no so pleasant. Alas! It's Halloween!!
