Great Graduation Day
Great Graduation Day
Looked at long hall we had followed,
Which was noble and also hallowed;
Graduation Day aisle did walk down,
While we would wear cap and gown.
Happy tears held back hard we tried;
Spoke with eloquence and electrified,
All those around who we would amaze,
And at end we then gave God praise.
Treasured thoughts with you do share;
Last thing done was throw caps in air;
From the hallowed hall are finally free;
Escaped and returned back to society.
Often do look back at Graduation Day,
And memories of it there still will stay;
Whatever we do and a big breath take,
Will always be done for our Lord's sake.
