Getting Along
I was getting better
I was getting along
I saw your message
I am to weak to be strong
Life was getting simple
Everything was at ease
I almost forgot you
Now I hunger for your need
We were never made for each other
Like water to oil we won't mix
Like a match to gasoline ignite us
Hearing your voice there is no fix
So I want you because I want too
And you need me for the need
Why do I cling so hard to you
Inside my soul you softly bleed
Your love deceives me
Your desire keeps me near
Without you was living a lie
With you is dying in my fears
Afraid to lose what isn't real
Afraid to know what isn't true
Lying next to you my sweet
Dazed amongst a cloud of calm
Can I even blame you now
We are finally getting along
