Fall In Love

The colours took my breath away - I stood a while and stared, so glad I'd chosen woods to walk that day. Such beauty, though I should be sad (the leaves have lost the lives they had). Each leaf that flutters to the ground, a thing that's past, but brings such bliss. My thoughts that day were deep, profound: the leaves, my dreams (in woods like this, when once in love, we shared a kiss...) written 9th October for Francine's Autumn contest
