"What will we do when we run out of time
Knock of death on our door, the final chime"

I have met death many times in my life so far. Have knocked on the gate of
Heaven and been sent back. Not time, I was told. Once, I heard my mother
calling me, and I ran searching for her until her voice faded to a faint echo.
I think when things like this happen, we are changed in fathomless ways.
Life becomes more meaningful, and we seek to make a difference, to be
remembered for something. That's how it happened for me, anyways. I have
been on a path to find peace and I have. So, if in a moment my last gasp of
life was here, I would follow death through the open door to paradise with
rapture. I would have no doubt that I had lived well, no anguish for things
undone, no regrets and no woes- for I have forgiven myself of all. But, God
if not too much to ask. I thought perhaps, maybe I could hear the birds sing just one last time....
tranquility
dwells in my heart and my soul
faith in God the key
