As I walked in the frigid morning air with frozen puddles cracking, I wondered about all it takes to survive in these days It isn’t easy for people with complications, hardships and being alone I lifted my head from looking at the icy pavement beneath my feet, And I saw the full moon shining in the morning sky, near the flag As I thought, we are not alone in this creation God gifted us For he is with us every step of the way, through every season And this is America where we will always fight to be free! t's a tougher fight every year, what with all the growing percentage of socialists and anti-religious in each generation. What can one say? They're not gong away... Sigh, Gershon
