Embrace That Love, Romance That So Overwhelms

Embrace That Love, Romance That So Overwhelms Sad and alone, missing your breath again my heart's softest beat, my one truest friend; with your smile a dawn's symphony of lights, your ardor the wondrous magic, our nights and your caress, the treasure of paradise no more needed, such will always suffice. Walk with me, into depths of kingly realms. Embrace that love, romance that so overwhelms. I sit sad and alone, singing my pains my soul's deepest desires, our love's remains; your sweetest touch at morn's new brightest hours, our bed of silk, together our showers and promise of day's pleasures with you each a bounty, a blessing, just we two. Walk with me, into depths of kingly realms. Embrace that love, romance that so overwhelms. Sad and alone, missing your breath again my heart's softest beat, my one truest friend; with your smile a dawn's symphony of lights, your ardor the wondrous magic, our nights and your caress, the treasure of paradise no more needed, such will always suffice. Walk with me, into depths of kingly realms. Embrace that love, romance that so overwhelms. Robert J. Lindley, 9-21-2018 Rhyme, ( A Romance That Never Dies )

A wonderous tribute to a queenly woman, whose love can never be squelched, as long as this poem lives, Robert.

Thank you my good friend. I am very pleased this poem represents beauty and sadness of a love that rests in conflict. One that shows the inner thoughts of a soul seeking reunification with that love/lover.

Love is that spark and spirit of life.. that flame which keeps the soul alive.. Love is bliss and beauty.. Love is a healer, a companion, an existence within existence.. In the absence of Love, life changes colour and meaning.. the soul loses sight and insight.. the whole universe becomes an empty whole and hence that feeling of aching solitude.. A brilliant write digging deep into the sufferings of the human soul.. Great poetry Robert, thank you so much for sharing your gems. Be blessed always.

Thank you my great friend. I hope my pen and paper both continue to release me from the dark that sometimes engulfs an olden and contemplative poetic soul.
