E Is For Enchanted
Enchanted kids lie in their beds,
Whistling aloud as evening treads
Into a bliss when graces shift,
That within each heave dreams uplift
Amid the lively hours well played--
To sleep after games on an arcade
Where pebbles flew when noon was strong,
Till leaps of daylight withered along...
Fun-filled is such laughter aglow
Yet dusk invites them to rest slow
A tuneful hint in gentle chime,
Much like their moments quite sublime.
